Our FM services include forecourt and entrance area cleaning, gutter clearance, roof maintenance, render cleaning, graffiti removal, drain jetting, bin cleaning and ad-hoc reactive callouts. Each site is scoped individually, with frequencies and scope agreed up front.
We provide full RAMS, COSHH information, public liability evidence, employers' liability, and any sector-specific accreditation required (CHAS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine etc.). Our team is uniformed and ID-badged, and we can work to specific site induction processes.
Reporting is via PDF photo-evidenced job sheets, with scheduling and tracking via your CAFM system if needed. Single point of contact account management for the whole portfolio.
Pricing is contract-based with consolidated monthly or quarterly invoicing. We can scale services up or down to match your operational requirements.
