Commercial Jet Washing
Commercial jet washing across the North East. Forecourts, car parks, factory floors, warehouses, retail. Insured, RAMS provided.
Commercial premises live or die by their kerb appeal. Customers, tenants and staff judge a building before they've set foot inside, and a clean exterior tells them you take pride in what you do. We provide commercial pressure washing across the North East β from one-off deep cleans to scheduled monthly maintenance β for retailers, hospitality, offices, schools, factories, warehouses, housing associations and facilities managers.
We work to commercial standards: full RAMS, public liability, COSHH compliance, after-hours availability, and proper invoicing. Whether you need a forecourt blitz before an inspection or a quarterly schedule for a multi-site portfolio, we can scale to fit.
Sectors we work in
- Retail and shopping centres β shopfronts, frontages, signage, gum and grime removal from pavements.
- Restaurants, pubs and hotels β outdoor seating, beer garden patios, kitchen extract grease.
- Offices and business parks β entrance areas, car parks, pathways, signage.
- Factories and warehouses β loading bays, forecourts, yard areas, cladding.
- Schools, colleges and universities β playgrounds, MUGAs, walkways, cladding (typically out of term).
- Petrol stations and forecourts β fuel-resistant degreasing, weekly maintenance available.
- Housing associations and lettings agents β communal paths, end-of-tenancy cleans, kerbside areas.
- Farms and rural businesses β yards, milking parlours, agricultural buildings.
- Industrial estates β multi-tenant maintenance contracts.
Common commercial cleaning jobs
Most commercial work falls into a few common categories. Forecourt and car park deep cleans clear oil, fuel residue, gum and tyre marks. Cladding cleans on warehouses and industrial units transform tired-looking buildings (and impress prospective tenants on a lease handover). Pavement and pedestrian-area cleans lift gum, food spills, drink stains and the general patina of a busy thoroughfare. End-of-tenancy or end-of-let exterior cleans get a property in shape for new occupants. Maintenance contracts keep everything looking fresh on a recurring basis.
We also handle specialist work: graffiti removal (see our graffiti page), drain jetting, gutter clearance and roof cleans on commercial buildings.
Out-of-hours and minimal-disruption working
Most retail, hospitality and office customers prefer cleaning to happen outside normal trading or working hours. We routinely work early mornings, evenings and weekends to fit around your operations. Night-shift cleaning is also available for high-traffic areas where daytime work isn't viable. We coordinate with your facilities or duty manager on access, security and any site rules before we start.
We bring our own water, our own power and our own lighting where needed, so there's no impact on your utilities and no need for staff to be present during the work.
Health, safety and compliance
Commercial work demands proper paperwork. We supply:
- Method statements and risk assessments (RAMS) for every site.
- COSHH sheets for any chemicals used.
- Public liability insurance up to Β£5m (employers' liability Β£10m).
- CHAS, SMAS or similar accreditation as required.
- DBS-checked operatives where needed (schools, NHS).
- Site induction compliance β we comply with whatever your access process requires.
All operatives are uniformed, ID-badged and briefed before each job. We don't subcontract β every operative on site is one of our directly employed team.
Maintenance contracts
For multi-site retail, restaurant chains, hotel groups, housing associations and facilities-managed estates, we offer maintenance contracts on weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual cycles. Contracts are tailored to each site β different frequencies for different areas, photo-evidenced reports after each visit, and a single point of contact for the whole portfolio.
Contract pricing is typically lower than ad-hoc work, payment is by invoice on agreed terms, and we can integrate with your CAFM system for job tracking and reporting. Typical contracts cover entrance areas weekly, full forecourts monthly, and gutters/roofs annually.
Estimating and quoting
For most commercial enquiries we visit site, walk the area with you, and provide a written quote within a few working days. For multi-site portfolios we can carry out portfolio-wide assessments in a single visit cycle. There's no charge for the assessment or the quote, and we're happy to talk through scope before committing β including what's realistic to achieve and what isn't.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes β Β£5m public liability and Β£10m employers' liability. Certificates available on request before contract signing.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes β early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends are routine for our commercial customers. We coordinate timings around your operations.
Do you provide RAMS?
Yes β site-specific method statements and risk assessments are supplied free for every commercial job.
Are you CHAS or SMAS approved?
We hold the relevant accreditations for the work we carry out. Tell us your specific compliance requirements and we'll confirm we meet them before you contract us.
Do you do one-off jobs or only contracts?
Both. One-off deep cleans are a big part of our work β typically before an inspection, after a tenant change, or to prepare a site for sale. We don't pressure customers into contracts.
Can you handle multi-site portfolios?
Yes β we manage portfolios across the North East with single-point-of-contact account management, consolidated billing and consistent reporting.
